We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, pose security risks, or are inactive for extended periods where permitted by law.
6. User content and license
6.1 Ownership
You retain ownership of User Content you submit. We do not claim ownership of your biodata, business information, or CV text.
6.2 License you grant us

11. Privacy and data security
Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes:
- Categories of data collected (aligned with Google Play Data safety and Apple App Privacy)

You agree to use the Service in a manner consistent with applicable data protection laws when including third parties’ personal information in your documents. We implement safeguards described in the Privacy Policy but cannot guarantee absolute security.
12. Third-party services
The Service relies on third parties (Google, Apple, Firebase, AWS, RevenueCat, etc.). Their terms and privacy policies apply to their processing. Links in your published sheets to Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, or other sites are your responsibility.
13. Disclaimer of warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that biodatas or CVs will result in matrimonial matches, job offers, or business outcomes. Templates are tools; you are responsible for factual accuracy of content you publish.
14. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WEBISHEET SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR REPUTATION, ARISING FROM:
- Your use or inability to use the Service

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD $100 (OR LOCAL EQUIVALENT).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions; in those cases our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted.
15. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless WebiSheet and its affiliates from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your User Content, your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or violation of any third-party rights or store policies.
16. Termination
- You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time
- We may suspend or terminate access for breach, legal requirement, or service discontinuation
- Upon termination, your license to use the Service ends; surviving sections include IP, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, and governing law
17. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.
For users in the European Union, nothing in these Terms limits statutory consumer rights you cannot waive by contract.
18. Dispute resolution
- Informal resolution: Email support@webisheet.com with “Legal Dispute” in the subject; we will attempt resolution within 30 days.
- Courts: Subject to mandatory law, exclusive jurisdiction lies with competent courts in India.
- Injunctive relief: Either party may seek injunctive relief for IP or security violations in any competent court.
EU consumers: You may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
19. Changes to terms
We may update these Terms for legal, regulatory (including App Store / Play policy changes), or operational reasons.
